Bridging techniques

The phrases professionals use to move the conversation. Acknowledge the question honestly, then pivot cleanly to your message. The technique is honest, the phrases are learnable.

Bridging is not deflection. Done well it acknowledges the question and pivots to a relevant message in the same breath. Phrases that work: "That is one piece of it, the bigger point is...", "I think the more important question here is...", "Yes, and the angle that goes with that is...". Training drills these until they sound like you.
