What to wear on camera

Avoid the wardrobe distractions. Solid colours, mid-tones, nothing that strobes on screen. Wear what you would wear to the most senior meeting of your week.

The rules are simple. Solid colours not patterns. Mid-tones, not pure white (blows out) or pure black (loses depth). Nothing that strobes on camera (fine stripes, checks). Subtle jewellery. No logo wear. If you would wear it to the most senior meeting of your week, it works on camera too.
